Founded in Boye County, Hebei Province — a region with a long tradition of rubber manufacturing excellence — Yexiang was established with a clear mission: to become the most reliable one-stop supplier of mine conveying equipment in China.

What began as a conveyor belt manufacturer has evolved into a comprehensive mine equipment specialist. Today we manufacture and supply conveyor belts (10+ types), polyurethane screen panels, rubber and PU liners, conveyor rollers and pulleys, belt accessories, and complete belt conveyor systems.

Our factory covers 20,000+ m² with advanced vulcanizing presses, rubber mixing mills, polyurethane casting equipment, and a full quality testing laboratory. Every product is manufactured and tested to ISO standards before leaving our facility.

从最初的输送带制造商发展成为全面的矿山设备专业供应商。如今，我们制造并供应输送带（10+品种）、聚氨酯筛板、橡胶及PU衬板、托辊滚筒、输送机配件及完整的带式输送机系统。

工厂占地20,000+平方米，配备先进硫化压机、橡胶混炼设备、聚氨酯浇注设备及完整的质量检测实验室。每件产品出厂前均按ISO标准生产和检测。

Factory Area: 20,000+ m² covered production facility

Conveyor Belt Production: Advanced flat vulcanizing presses up to 2.4m width. Full EP/NN/ST cord belt capability. Continuous vulcanizing line for endless belts.

PU Screen Production: Polyurethane casting and injection molding equipment. All aperture sizes and panel dimensions produced in-house.

Rubber Liner Production: Compression molding and die-cutting for all chute liner, crusher liner, and mill liner profiles.

Quality Lab: Tensile testing, abrasion testing (DIN 53516), hardness testing, and dimensional inspection for every production batch.

输送带生产：先进平板硫化机，最大带宽2.4米。全系列EP/NN/ST钢绳芯带生产能力。环形带连续硫化生产线。

聚氨酯筛板生产：聚氨酯浇注及注射成型设备。所有孔径尺寸和板块规格自产。

橡胶衬板生产：模压及冲切成型，生产各类溜槽衬板、破碎机衬板和磨机衬板。

质量检测实验室：每批次产品均进行拉伸测试、磨耗测试（DIN 53516）、硬度测试及尺寸检验。
